·       SPM (the Prime Minister): The program is directed by a steering committee established by the Prime Minister Head of Government, following the Decree No. 112/CAB/PMB of 06 June 2007 setting up, organization and functioning of Steering Committee of the Project of Modernization of the Administration of Cameroon by the implementation of the Management Focused on Results (PROMAGAR).

·       Paris Declaration: on Aid Effectiveness, adopted in Paris March 2, 2005 by the Ministers and senior officials from 90 countries and leaders or representatives from 27 agencies.

.·       ISMP Cameroon (Higher Institute of Public Management) is a public administrative institution whose mission is to research and graduate training in management, recycling and improvement in management of managers and senior government and public bodies and parastatals. ISMP interview a strategic partnership with academic and ENAP (Ecole Nationale d'Administration Publique) of Quebec in Canada.

·       Cameroon ENAM (Ecole Nationale d'Administration and Magistracy): expert in administrative science.

·       Quebec ENAP (Ecole Nationale d'Administration Publique, Québec-Canada): graduate training in public administration.

·     ASSIF Ltd (Cabinet Council Governance and Information Systems): responsible for design, development, implementation and operation of the system management information on the results of the Government (SYGIR) and development of electronic government (e-government) focus on results.
