The CEREGAR is a think tank that has a  5 years duration and whose mission is to conduct all necessary actions for the dissemination and appropriation of Result Based Management (RBM) by the various structures in MINFOPRA.

This unit was created by Prime Ministerial Decision N ° 0695/MINFOPRA of July 12, 2008. It is under the authority of the Minister of Public Service and Administrative Reform and it is supervised by the Secretary-General and coordinated by the Inspector General. It is composed of four members at the level of coordination and links belonging to the 11 GAR structures of ranks of Directors of MINFOPRA.
