As part of the implementation and extension of the RBM approach the Think Tank Unit on Results Based Management of the Ministry of the Public Service and Administrative Reform, organizing a training seminar for Secretaries, Liaison Officers, Drivers and Guards.
The purpose of this seminar is to provide the categories of personnel is to have a general knowledge on Results Based Management, to improve their skills and improve on their performance in carrying out their daily tasks.
The objective of the training:
-Sensitize participants to the logic and practices RBM
-Understanding the requirements of their job,
-Understanding their role in the results chain,
- Improve their skills.
The training will last for a day.
