The Minister of the Public Service Launches the second Semester of the National School of Administration and Magistracy

The Minister of the Public Service and Administrative Reform, Joseph LE, presided over the ceremony of the flag hoisting and launch of the second semester(2018-2019) of the National School of Administration and Magistracy (ENAM).
The ceremony which took place at the premises of the National School of Administration and Magistracy, this day, 03th June 2019, assembled the staff and students of ENAM around the Minister of the Public Service and Administrative Reform and his team. In a note of welcome, the Director General of ENAM Bertrand Pierre Soumbou Angoula recognised the unflinching support of the Minister of the Public Service and Administrative Reform to the affairs of the School.
In his speech, the Minister commented on the message of the president of the Republic, H.E Paul Biya addressed to the students of ENAM for the high sense of civic responsibility which they exhibited in the march past at the 20th May boulevard on the occasion of celebrations to mark the 47th Anniversary of the unitary State. He said, this was very important, given the difficult context of the country stormed by the attacks of secessionist factions and terrorists who present major stakes to the unity of the state.
As a word of reminder, Minster Joseph LE, also noted that, the intellectual curriculum of the school is constituted to imbibe methodical Republican values in the students who will become competent civil servants given to serve the state at very high levels. In this light, he mentioned that to be great achievers, the students should be humble, disciplined, avoid alcohol, laziness, cheating, drugs and favouritism and this explains why, they have to run from every degrading thing that can destroy their individual image and that of the School and the state at large.
In his closing remark, the Minister mentioned that, "there's no greater honour or joy than that of serving one's state.
